How do I know if my switchboard needs upgrading?

Common signs are old rewirable fuses, no safety switches, a safety switch that keeps tripping, or a board with no room for new circuits. We can inspect it and give you a clear written quote.

What is an RCBO?

An RCBO combines a circuit breaker and a safety switch in one device, protecting an individual circuit from overload and from leaking current.

Will my power be off during the upgrade?

Yes, for part of the job. We plan the work and tell you roughly how long to expect before we start.

Do you supply compliance paperwork?

Where required, yes. We supply the compliance paperwork for the work we do.

Can you add circuits for an EV charger or air conditioner?
