Why have I got no hot water?

Common electrical causes include a tripped breaker, a failed heating element or a faulty thermostat. We find the cause and give you a written quote to fix it.

Can you replace my hot water system?

We handle the electrical side, including circuits and connections. Plumbing work is done by a licensed plumber, and we can coordinate with yours.

Do I need a new circuit for a new hot water system?

Sometimes. It depends on the unit and your existing wiring. We check and tell you before work begins.

What is off-peak or controlled load wiring?

Many electric storage systems run on a separate circuit that's switched on and off by your electricity retailer. We can check how yours is wired.

How long does the work take?
